Ben Pogue Law has always been dedicated to representing clients, finding solutions, and advocating for our community. Now Ben has joined his long-time friend and colleague attorney Sean Wilson to provide even more extensive service to our litigation and mediation clients at the Law Office of Sean M. Wilson.
“After years of friendship and community work together, we knew this was the time and the opportunity to make the greatest impact for our clients,” says Sean.
We fight for people immersed in difficult situations—who find themselves struggling to find justice—and help them forge a path forward. Ben helps lawyers and individuals resolve cases through mediation as well. Our clients’ lives have been changed by injury, loss, or wrongdoing. Both Sean and Ben became lawyers to guide clients through those life challenges. As a lawyer and consultant Ben also advises individuals and organizations on Strategy, which he teaches at the Charleston School of Law as an adjunct professor.
Sometimes the solution comes from a jury at trial, sometimes it comes from a fresh look at what may seem to be an unsolvable problem.
Whatever the situation, our client's best interest is our guiding force.

Are you ready to work together?
Ben represents individuals who have been injured or whose lives have been disrupted—what we call Civil Litigation. Lawyers and individuals involved in disputes also turn to him because mediation, arbitration, and work as a “Summary Jury Trial” judge are part of his law practice. Mediation is a form of "alternative dispute resolution," in which parties work together with a neutral mediator. Arbitration is a process where parties allow another lawyer to decide the best solution for their dispute without having to go to court. A Summary Jury Trial is a faster, more streamlined way to have a trial with a jury, but with less expense. Ben is also a community mediator, helping individuals and groups of people come together to resolve conflict in their neighborhoods, towns, and between groups of all kinds.
